在一定范圍內,設定空壓機功率和壓力,根據用氣量的需求經系統運算驅動伺服電機輸出相應轉速來達到向應用的流量。該伺服變量空壓機使用了高性能的伺服電機及驅動器,使用閉環控制,通過反饋系統使系統的調節精確度更高、相應時間更短、提供了更快的系統響應時間及穩定性。使供氣管路中的氣體的壓力保持恒定,提高生產效率和產品質量。

節能Energy-saving
伺服電機扭矩大、高效率。根據實際負載情況實時調整電流的大小,將發熱降至最低,且功率輸出能力可達到100%,在最緊湊的空間內發揮出最大的能量轉化率,高效節能。一般的變頻螺桿空壓機組相比工頻螺桿空壓機組約節能為20%,而伺服變量螺桿空壓機相比工頻螺桿空壓機組約節能達到40%。
The servo motor has large torque, high efficiency. It can adjust the current as per the actual load conditions, so as to minimize the heat and get the power output capacity up to 100%. It can achieve the greatest energy conversion within the most compact space. Compared with the ordinary compressor,frequency conversion compressor can save 20% electricity, while the servo permanent magnet inverter compressor can save the power up to 40%.
無卸載No unloading
通過閉環控制,當壓力有變動時,以最快的速度達到需要的轉速來提供所需的壓力值。沒有了緩慢加載過程及加載時多余的功率損耗。一般的變頻機在50%-100%額定轉速時調整轉速以達到恒壓目的,當轉速低于50%時而壓力超過設定值時,此時機器只能卸載,電機空轉,由于使用異步機,故轉速必須大于等于40%的轉速,仍然在損耗一定的功率,損耗不必要的電能。與之相比,伺服電機可調的轉速使用范圍很大,恒壓時可使用10%-100%額定轉速。當降速到10%以下時,機器也進去休眠狀態,相當于沒有了卸載。重新啟動機器可迅速進入有效的工作轉速。
